- Provide complete details; such as name, flight number, schedule/arrival time, address of place of stay and cellphone contact number that can be contacted at any time.
- Failure to arrive at the agreed time will be subject to full fees.
- Delays in aircraft arrival are tolerated for 1 hour according to the agreed time, after which a waiting fee of IDR 25,000/hour is charged.
- The maximum delay is 2 hours from the agreed time, after that the order is considered canceled and normal fees will be charged.
- Free pick-up orders, if you tour directly, and the trip duration is 10 hours from pick-up time.
